Castles and beavers
Castles and beavers (or castillos y castores, in Spanish) is a children’s game that comes from Mexico. Definitely one of my all-time favorites. It doesn’t really have a winner or a loser, but it’s hilariously fun.
Tell a story
This is a fun talking game for a smaller group, good for encouraging creativity (and usually silliness).
3-D triple-decker tic-tac-toe
Like tic-tac-toe, but with three layers, thus decreasing the likelihood the game will end in a tie and increasing the thought involved and the fun.
Tic-tac-toe
Yep, tic-tac-toe, the simple, classic paper game for two players.
Sock
A good group game, played indoors or outdoors. One player sits in the middle of a circle and tries to grab a balled-up sock the rest of the players pass around secretly.
